Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was having a rough Monday morning. 1 flat tire and the other side going down as well. I called Firestone and spoke with a nice gentleman and told him that I was being towed in. He gave me some prices and I said I'll just get a set. The customer service was Superb and so easing. Everyone were nice and I felt so much better.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough great things about Dan and the team at Firestone! Every time I come in for an oil change or tire service, they go above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. The staff is always friendly, professional, and honest about what my vehicle needs. What I appreciate most is that they keep me informed every step of the way. They take the time to explain their recommendations without any pressure, and they always let me know about current tire deals and promotions so I can save money when it’s time for new tires. It’s hard to find an auto service center you can truly trust, but Firestone has earned my confidence. Their excellent customer service, transparency, and attention to detail keep me coming back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable vehicle maintenance!

Dan was very friendly and upfront on the estimated costs going into my appointment. A clear and detailed inspection report was emailed with a prompt follow up call to confirm the work that was being done. They did not try to upsell any unnecessary work/services, just noted and explained the required future service with a detailed quote for consideration. I've seen a number of Promaster vans in their lot so know they have experience working on them. Highly recommend this shop!

Courteous always and do not try to pressure or upsell. They kindly make recommendations and let ME decide. I got a new tire today and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. As always, thank you JOSH and DAVID for your fast service. DAN, you have a great team and, it's because of your great leadership
